Celebrate Easter with a special Cafe Capriccio menu on April 16 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.

$65 per person for a four course menu.

Antipasti

Stuffed clams casino style: Bacon, peppers, garlic, onion & breadcrumb.

Deviled eggs: blended with our homemade Caesar dressing, topped with shaved Parmesan.

Shrimp cocktail: spiced shrimp over cocktail sauce & romaine.

Fresh pear & chorizo: diced & roasted, topped with a balsamic reduction.

Salad

House: mixed greens, carrot, cucumber & tomatoes in balsamic vinaigrette.

Caprese: homemade mozzarella, tomatoes, basil & olive oil over arugula.

Blueberry: fresh blueberries, toasted almonds, goat cheese & arugula in lemon vinaigrette.

Spinach: egg, tomatoes, red onion, shaved Parmesan & spinach in red wine vinaigrette.

Main course

Shrimp scampi: (pasta) sautéed shrimp, garlic & hot peppers in a lemon-butter-wine sauce.

Ravioli: filled with butternut squash & ricotta in our tomato-basil-garlic cream sauce.

Chicken sorento: breaded & fried chicken thigh with eggplant & four cheeses in our classic tomato sauce. Seared polenta & vegetables.

Roast lamb:(cut from the leg) roasted with plum tomatoes, garlic & herbs in a Cabernet wine sauce. White beans & vegetables.

Braised beef: tender slow roasted beef with mushrooms, onion & garlic in a rich Marsala & light cream sauce. Roasted potatoes & vegetables.

Seafood crepe: stuffed with crabmeat & scallops sautéed in garlic, lemon & white wine. Topped with a lemon-butter cream sauce. Roasted potatoes & vegetables.

Dessert
A duo of miniature cannoli & flourless chocolate cake for everyone.
