Antipasti:

- Grilled eggplant topped with roasted plum tomato, mozzarella, basil and a balsamic reduction
- Wood roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, caramelized onion, garlic and Gorgonzola
- Artisan cured meats and cheese. House cured meats with sheep cheese
- Stuffed clams with bacon, onion, pepper, garlic, sherry and breadcrumb

 

Salad:

- Tomatoes tossed in almond arugula pesto with house made mozzarella, arugula and olive oil
- Mixed green salad with tomatoes, carrot, cucumber and balsamic vinaigrette
- Chilled quinoa with goat cheese, arugula, radicchio, pistachios, dried cranberries and balsamic vinaigrette
- Fresh pear, fennel, Gorgonzola, pickled red onion and toasted walnuts with mesclun greens tossed in oil and red vinegar

 

Pasta and risotto:

- Ravioli (lobster) in our tomato basil garlic cream sauce
- Risotto with asparagus, toasted pine nuts, lemon, garlic, shaved Parmesan and truffle oil
- Lumache pasta with roasted butternut squash, bacon, caramelized onion and toasted almonds
- Lumache pasta with roasted mushrooms, sundries tomatoes, fennel, pecorino and arugula tossed in oil and garlic
- Lumache pasta with Italian sausage, rapini, artichoke hearts and our four cheese blend in our house tomato sauce

 

Main course:

- 14oz grilled Delmonico steak seasoned with lemon and herbs. Potatoes and vegetables
- Seared boneless duck breast with toasted pine nuts, dried cherries, goat cheese and a rosemary-crushed coriander balsamic reduction. Risotto and vegetables
- Eggplant capricciosa. Fried eggplant layered with spinach, roasted red peppers and our four cheese blend. Seared polenta and vegetables
- Beef scallopine: beef tenderloin sliced thin and pounded, sautéed in a wild mushroom brown sauce topped with shaved Parmesan and arugula. Potatoes and vegetables
- Seafood crepe: filled with shrimp, scallops and crabmeat in a sherry cream sauce. Topped with Beurre blanc. Risotto and vegetables

 

Dessert:

- A trio of magnificent miniatures from Crisan bakery for everyone. And of course - champagne!
