*Opening Reception* Their Glory Can Never Fade: The Legacy Of The Harlem Hellfighters

Please join the New York State Office of General Services for an Opening Reception to celebrate their new exhibition, Their Glory Can Never Fade: The Legacy of the Harlem Hellfighters. The 369th served longer than any American regiment of World War I, and was nicknamed the "Hellfighters" by the German army due to its actions on the battlefield.

The Opening Reception will feature special remarks by representatives of the New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs and the 369th Veterans Association Inc. Albany NY. Prior to the remarks, light refreshments will be served alongside a short performance by the Albany City Schools Jazz Ensemble. Posting of the Colors will be provided by the Albany High JROTC "Henry Johnson Battalion" Color Guard with Major David Erickson. Read more.
