To prepare for the parade to enter, process, and disperse in the downtown district, the traffic policies will be in effect:
Parking Restrictions
March 13, 2010, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- N. Pearl Street (both sides) between State Street and Sheridan Avenue
- N. Pearl Street (west side) between Sheridan Avenue and Orange Street
March 13, 2010, 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- State Street (north side) between Pearl Street and Eagle Street
- Eagle Street (east side) between Corning Plance and Pine Street
- Central Avenue (both sides) between Ontario Street and Quail Street
Street Closures
March 13, 2010, 1:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Parade route will be closed to ALL TRAFFIC: Proceeding east on Central Avenue from Quail Street to Washington Avenue; proceeding east on Washington Avenue to State Street; proceeding east on State Street to Pearl Street; proceeding north on N. Pearl Street to Steuben Street; parade disperses between Columbia Street and Van Tromp Street
- Please note: All cross streets along the parade route will be closed as the parade progresses, starting at 1:45 p.m.
