The City of Albany and its economic development partners have designed a survey in order to encourage local participation in New York State's effort to change the way it does business.

In July, Gov. Andrew Cuomo unveiled plans to reform and redesign the way state government operates and how it delivers economic, community, and business development assistance. At the core of this initiative is to have ten regional councils represented by a cross section of business, government, education, and institutional leaders who will develop a regionally significant action plan to acheive growth and prosperity across geographic boundaries and industry sectors.
