Dedicated volunteers are essential to the success of the Downtown Albany BID’s goals and initiatives. Committees comprised of downtown professionals meet on a regular basis to address a wide range of topics. We welcome you to review the committees below and contact us for information on getting involved.
Business Development Committee
Through a focused real estate market retention and recruitment plan, the Business Development Committee will help strengthen the perception and value of a downtown Albany location among building owners, tenants, employees and residents and position the BID as a resource for business development services and solutions for companies, individuals, etc., seeking the downtown experience.
The Business Development Committee is scheduled to meet monthly –TBD.
