Lovers of the rare and expensive white truffle can sate their craving at Angelo's 677 Prime in Albany.  The restaurant's executive chef, Jaime Ortiz, is serving white Alba truffles with either carnaroli risotto or angel-hair pasta.  Both dishes cost $78, although you can add extra truffle for $70 per quarter-ounce.  (White truffles this season are going for more than $2,000 a pound.)  The restaurant is located at the eponymous address on boradway, at the foot of Clinton Avenue.  Call 518-427-7463 for reservatinos.
