COOKING CLASS 10/28/20: AUTUMN IN EMILIA-ROMAGNA FT. BYRON NILSSON

Just north of Tuscany is the equally food-fabulous Emilia-Romagna, where dining traditions are varied and intense. Our visit begins with Antipasto di Pere de Prosciutto, a preparation of caramelized pears, followed by Zuppa di Aglio Fresca, a soup made with the chef’s home-grown garlic. The veal ragù that accompanies our pasta course is a nod to Tuscany, while Seafood Stew Romagna (Brodetto) showcases fresh seafood in an onion-rich broth. For an encore: frothy Zabaglione, whipped with farm-fresh eggs. Paired with regional wine.

MINIMUM OF TWO TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED

Classes will be held in the Chef’s Table of Cafe Capriccio with limited availability while we continue to uphold current state mandated guidelines to keep our guests and staff safe. Each party will have their own table spaced safely apart. Tax and gratuity included.
