COOKING CLASS WITH BYRON NILSSON

When it’s time for a comforting stew (and that time is now) we turn them into gourmet treats when prepared the French way. We’ll sample the classic Boeuf Bourguignon, a red-wine stew with onions; Julia Child’s Chicken Fricassee, a stew with white wine and carrots; and Tian de Courgettes, a cheesy casserole of summer squash and rice. We’ll also explore the right way to prepare Ratatouille, a Provençal dish featuring tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, and peppers, each component cooked separately for optimal flavor and texture. Paired with wines.

MINIMUM OF TWO TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED

Classes will be held in the Chef’s Table of Cafe Capriccio with limited availability while we continue to uphold current state mandated guidelines to keep our guests and staff safe. Each party will have their own table spaced safely apart. Tax and gratuity included.
