COOKING CLASS WITH BYRON NILSSON

Explore a hot-weather world as the cold weather closes in. Northern Africa boasts cuisines of exotic spices and clay-pot cookery. We’ll start with appetizers of Marinated Eggplant with Tahini Dressing and a spicy Moroccan Carrot Salad. We’ll also prepare a Chicken, Olive, and Lemon Tagine accompanied by Tunisian Couscous with Fennel, Red Peppers, and Garlic, and, in a nod to Beirut, Lebanese Tabbouleh. Paired with wine.

MINIMUM OF TWO TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED

Classes will be held in the Chef’s Table of Cafe Capriccio with limited availability while we continue to uphold current state mandated guidelines to keep our guests and staff safe. Each party will have their own table spaced safely apart. Tax and gratuity included.
