The traditional Italian Christmas Eve "Feast of the Seven Fishes" is by far the most popular cooking event hosted at Cafe Capriccio. This year, Jim & Franco Rua, along with pastry chef Danielle Corellis, will offer a fabulous holiday feast on Monday, December 3. Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM in the restaurant's Tuscan Room.

Each course will feature Italian wines that accompany the expansive menu:

Antipasti Per Tutti:

  • Baccala Napoletana with Roasted Tomatoes & Alici
  • Grilled Octopus with Potatoes & Pequillo Peppers
  • Shrimp with Cruciferous Vegetables, Garlic & Olive Oil
  • Scungilli with Arugula & Heirloom Tomatoes


  • Frutti di Mare allo Scoglio: ´╗┐Mixed Seafood including Clams, Mussels, Calamari

Main Course:

  • Monkfish Osso Bucco with Roasted Tomato and Carmelized Fennel served with Saffron Risotto, Cavolo Nero al Aglio & Olio
