Root3d hosts Transformation Through the Elements Poetry Night on May 21 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Albany Center Gallery.

Each poetry night begins with 30 minutes of a grounding practice such as breathwork, meditation, creative writing, or sacred movement. The we activate, release, and heal through the transformational power of poetry. The series is inspired by the elements:

April 9th • Air (perspective)
April 16th • Water (surrender, flow)
May 14th • Earth (grounding)
May 21st• Fire (passion)
