Need a bit of mindfulness and zen in the middle of you work week? CoLab and the talented Cheryl Williams will take us on a journey every wednesday around lunch time to help us feel centered and grounded so that we can get through the rest of our week. Life gets hectic quickly, and it is hard to take a time out for yourself - Let CoLab help make that "you" time accessible and enjoyable! 

This class is meant for all levels from beginner to advanced in both yoga and meditation. Class begins with a 15 minute meditation to help students ground their bodies and center their minds. The asana (movement) encourages students to mindfully move with their breath, with intention and awareness. The class focuses on alignment, building strength, balance, flexibility and organized movement of energy in the body. Read more.
