"Safe Stop" Trick-or-Treating

"Safe Stop" Trick-or-Treating

The City of Albany will host "Safe Stop" Trick-or-Treating at City offices and two neighborhood police stations on October 31 from 3:00-5:00 PM. 

The Hoffman (7 Hoffman Avenue) & Arbor Hill (50 N Lark Street) Community Centers will be hosting Halloween Parties from 5-8:30 p.m. At these two Community Center events, there will be games, food, candy, as well as costume contests and prizes.

Safe Stop City trick or treating spots running 3:00-5:00 PM:

  • City Hall (24 Eagle Street) - fruit and candy; 8 offices participating 
  • Albany Capital Center (55 Eagle Street) - in front of building; rice crispy treats and school supplies
  • One Stop Shop (200 Henry Johnson Boulevard) - candy; four offices - corner of Livingston and Henry Johnson Blvd., next to Stewart’s, parking and entrance in rear
  • South police station (126 Arch Street) - candy
  • Center police station (536 Western Avenue) - candy
