Zen Den Family Art Class

Lucky holds space on emotions: how they feel, how to manage them, and how to flow through them. He will be using modalities of tapping, movement, and art to teach coping skills for processing emotions. He'll also use sketch and color experiences of his own art creations to encourage attendees to make their own.

This series will run for three Wednesdays and the emotions Lucky will be focusing on are:
Excitement
Anger
Overwhelmed
