New RFP released for William Street Lighting Project


The Downtown Albany BID invites Request for Proposal responses for the William Street Lighting Project.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) clearly defines proposal qualifications, scope of services and coverage area. 

Proposals must be submitted by Monday August 20, 2018, at or before 2:00 PM. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

A preliminary site walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, August 2, at 10:00 AM. All potential bidders are welcome. We will meet at the corner of S. Pearl and Howard Streets.  Please contact Don Wilson, operations manager for the Downtown Albany BID, to confirm your attendance: dwilson@downtownalbany.org

If you are unable to attend the site walkthrough, please note that you are still invited to submit a proposal. Contractor selection will occur the week of August 27.
