You're invited to the BID's 2024 Annual Meeting on Thursday, August 22 where we will host an inaugural event in Downtown Albany’s newest outdoor venue: Clinton Market Collective. Directly across from the Albany Skyway — the Capital Region’s first and only elevated linear park — the Clinton Market Collective has transformed from a dated and underused park to an exciting space tailor-made for pop-up retailers, start-up businesses, and signature events. Be one of the first to experience this vibrant, dynamic site, driven and owned by Capitalize Albany Corporation, in the core of our capital city.
The event runs from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Clinton Market Collective (11 Clinton Ave.). Following a presentation by Executive Director Georgette Steffens on Downtown's progress and future plans, enjoy live music by the New York Players, dine on food from Downtown restaurants, and try a signature cocktail. Free event parking made available by Albany Parking Authority will be at the Quackenbush Garage at 25 Orange Street. View event parking details.
