Peter began working as a lawyer in 1988 for Council 82, a labor union for correction officers and local police departments. Peter began his career in private practice in 1989, as a partner in the Gross & Scagnelli Law Firm. Soon thereafter, Peter opened the law office of Peter J. Scagnelli, Esq, Attorney at Law. In 2000, he formed the corporate entity The Scagnelli Law Firm, PC. The Scagnelli Law Firm has a deep and broad background of legal experience in a variety of areas, including Family & Matrimonial Law, Real Estate Law, Education Law, Civil & Criminal Litigation, and Law Guardianship. The Scagnelli Law Firm, PC is currently comprised of Peter J. Scagnelli, Esq, owner, and Diane M. Moran, office manager/secretary.
