Youthful Impact (YFI) is an entrepreneurship program available to youth in Connecticut and the Capital Region of New York. Our Mission is to increase the employability skills of one million youth of color by 2030.
Youthful Impact prepares youth for the future of work. It is an entrepreneurial mindset platform that builds employability skills using culturally responsive and inclusive content. The program's design helps youth become advocates for what is needed, develop business knowledge and digital skills, expand financial literacy, and launch impact projects and ventures that Impact their community. In summary, they will gain life and work skills to thrive.
