The Downtown Albany BID presents Downtown Resident Trivia, hosted by Jeff from EQX at The Hill Street Café, 180 Madison Avenue in downtown Albany. Check in with your team at 6:30 PM, and trivia starts at 7:00 PM.
Meet and compete with your downtown Albany neighbors as trivia maestro Jeff Morad of WEQX pits teams of Downtown residents against each other to determine whose team name will be etched into the official Downtown Trivia Trophy. Tons of great prizes (see details below) are also up for grabs, along with neighborhood bragging rights!

Registration
Downtown Resident Trivia is free to sign up and play, just register your team or yourself on Eventeny here or at the link above. Teams may have up to 6 players.
No team? No problem! Downtown Resident Trivia is all about getting to know your neighbors. Sign up as a "free agent" and we'll pair you with other free agents or an open team. Solo trivia players are also welcome.
There are a limited number of spots available, so register in advance to reserve your spot! Depending on availability, there may be a limited number of sign-ups available at the door during check-in.
Prizes
Players on the team that wins each round will be awarded prizes, and the team of Downtown residents with the most points at the end of the night will be awarded the grand prize and hoist the Downtown Trivia Trophy! This year's Downtown Resident Trivia prizes include:
- Round 1 Prize | Downtown Albany to the Core tote bags stuffed with downtown Albany merch!
- Round 2 Prize | 2023 Hot Chocolate Stroll mugs and tickets to this year’s event on December 13
- Round 3 Prize | Tickets to Albany Firewolves vs. Buffalo Bandits, March 22 at the MVP Arena
- Grand Prize | Tickets to Joywave at Empire Live on April 17, courtesy of Empire Live
