Panel discussion on Lafayette’s commitment to individual freedoms, abolitionism, and women’s rights by Paul Stewart, Founder of Underground Railroad Education Center and Alan Hoffman President of American Friends of Lafayette. Followed by a tour of the Masonic Temple which will feature the sword that the Marquis de Lafayette gifted to Governor Clinton in 1824. This is a unique opportunity to view this fascinating artifact that is typically not on display to the public.
