The MVP Arena will host a free and open-to-the-public fan fest during the men's college basketball tournament on March 17-19.
The festival will take place on S Pearl Street in front of the arena.
Friday, March 17: Noon through halftime of the 9:55 PM game
Saturday, March 18: Noon to 5:00 PM.
Sunday, March 19: 4:00PM through halftime of 8:40 PM game
