The Historic Albany foundation hosts tours of the Van Ostrande-Radliff House at 48 Hudson Avenue, the oldest building in Albany, on First Fridays of the month. Tours start at 5:30 PM & 6:00 PM.

Over the winter and throughout the spring in 2024, the first floor of the Van Ostrande-Radliff House is beginning to turn back in time to the 18th century. Dutch doors, leaded glass, shutters, and hinges will all being made as we speak, all to make our little plywood covered box look like the home it was when built this summer. We are so excited and cannot wait to share it with you all!
Your guide will share about the architecture, the house's many families and all of the different things they did there. Knit underpants? Biscuits and candy? Stitching wax?? What does all of this have to do with the Van Ostrande-Radliff House? Come and find out!
