Albany Center Gallery Announces Opening of Retail Store

Albany Center Gallery (ACG) has undergone some very positive changes over the last 12 months. In its 40th year serving the Capital Region, the gallery moved to a new location, expanded its audience, increased membership and sales, and raised its profile in the community. Given these successes, the Albany Center Gallery decided the time is right to embark on its next exciting venture: The Store @ ACG.

The goods featured in The Store @ ACG are not contemporary fine art —that is the mission of the gallery, which is separate from The Store. The Store sell functional fine crafts created by the skilled artisans of the Capital Region; housewares, ceramics, paper goods and jewelry are just some examples. This is an opportunity for fine artisans to sell their goods in a highly curated setting and retain 70% of the income. They will benefit from exposure, as well; The Store @ ACG will be advertised on the ACG website and social platforms, through local media and our community partners.

It is ACG's aim to make The Store @ ACG known for its exceptional, highly curated crafts. The gallery encourages you to submit samples of your goods to be considered for consignment through Submittable, a web-based submission platform.
