CDTA Announces Free Capital City Shuttle

CDTA has partnered with several Albany organizations, including the Downtown Albany BID, to launch the Capital City Shuttle, a free service that link some of the City's most visited neighborhoods - Downtown, Lark Street, and the Warehouse District. The pilot program, which begins June 8 and runs through Labor Day, will be available 5:00 PM - 12:30 AM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights with a shuttle arriving every 20 minutes.

Shuttle stops are at: Madison & New Scotland, Madison & Willett, Lark & Madison, Lark & Hudson, Lark & Spring, Washington & S Swan, State & Eagle, Lodge & State, Pine & N Pearl, Broadway & Columbia, Broadway & Clinton, Broadway & N Ferry, Broadway & Pleasant, Broadway & Loudonville, and Broadway & Bridge.

Coinciding with the announcement of the shuttle is the release of the CityFinder app which allows users to track the shuttle location and detailed points of interest.
