Free Family Movie Series Returns to Palace Theatre

Need a fun way to beat the heat this summer? Palace Theatre's Summer in the City free family movie series returns each Tuesday for eight weeks beginning July 5. Providing children with the opportunity to enjoy the excitement and beauty of the historic theatre while offering fun and positive opportunities to become engaged in the arts, the event is presented by Albany Medical Center and major sponsor SEFCU. 

Doors open at Noon to the general public with educational activities provided by AMC. Showtimes are at 1:00 PM. Free popcorn will be provided to children 12 and under.

Free tickets are available in advance or day-of at the Palace Theatre box office (19 Clinton Avenue). Full schedule:

*An ice cream social, open to the public, will be held immediately following the August 30 movie.
