Proposals for Downtown flowering program, audit sought

The Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID) is seeking proposals for 3-year audit services and 2020 seasonal flowering program. Each are due Friday, October 25 at Noon. 

Audit Services RFP 
To provide an audit of the financial position of the Downtown Albany BID for 2019, 2020, and 2021 and related statements of activities, functional expenses, and cash flows. Prepare the Organization's federal and state information returns for the year ending 2019, 2020, and 2021. This service will commence as directed by the BID. This is a three-year contract for the fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021. Proposals must include and specify a bid for each of these years. View RFP. 

Flowering Program RFP
The planting, greenhouse growing, installation/removal and weekly watering & fertilizing of 203 hanging flower baskets & 112 self-watering ground planters for placement on street poles (hanging baskets) and sidewalks (ground planters) throughout our District boundaries on or about June 1, 2020.
