Residential Open House

What's it like to live Downtown? See for yourself as you tour downtown Albany, NY residential properties and available units during the Residential Open House on September 28 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

 

Participants will have the choice between taking either a self-guided tour of the properties, or join Maeve McEneny, the Albany County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (ACCVB) Program Coordinator, on a guided tour of the open residential properties, historic points of interest in downtown Albany, and several of the wildly popular #DowntownisPawsome Nipper sculptures.

 

Attendees can begin the self-guided tour as early as 5:00 PM. The guided tour will begin at 6:00 PM and run for approximately two hours. Check in for the tour at Pearl Street Pub (59 N. Pearl Street). 

 

This event is free and open to the public.
