Slate of BID Board of Directors Announced


Deadline to petition board nominations is April 29

The BID is pleased to announce the slate for the Board of Directors elections. Several qualified candidates were submitted for consideration. Upon conducting interviews and careful consideration, the following individuals were selected by the Governance Committee: 

Josh Wainman
Property Owner, 370 Broadway

Benn MacDonald
Property Owner, 69 N Pearl Street

Per the BID's bylaws, if you are interested in being added to the 2022 Board of Directors Ballot, you must complete this petition form. We have four Class A Property Owner and one Class B (i) Commercial Tenant positions open. Only BID assessment paying property owners and commercial tenants may petition to be placed on the ballot. Interested candidates must complete this petition form with 20 signatures of BID voting members, which include property owners or tenants of buildings that pay the BID assessment.

The petition form, along with the required Statement of Interest, must be delivered by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 29, and can be submitted through any of the following methods:

Delivered in person to the BID office before 4:00 PM Friday, April 29
