Small Business Assistance Event
The Downtown Albany BID presents a free Small Business Assistance Event, hosted by Angelo Maddox of Fresh & Fly, on April 28 at the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region (135 S Pearl Street).
Are you interested in starting or expanding your business, or just in need of some support? Join us for this free event to discuss the following topics with experts and other business owners:
- Grants and loan programs to start or expand a small business
- Business model development
- Entrepreneurial training classes
- One-on-one business counseling assistance
- Peer mentoring support
- Legal assistance
- Location assistance
Representatives from Albany Law's Community Economic Development Clinic, Capitalize Albany, the Capital Region Chamber, the Center for Economic Growth, the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region, and the New York Small Business Development Center will be on-hand to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs.
