Summer/Fall 2019 Downtown Albany Digest Available

Wondering what's been happening in Downtown over the last few months? You can read all about it in the Downtown Albany Digest Summer/Fall 2019 edition!

Transformational projects are taking shape in our District, including the $10 million DRI grant that will result in hundreds of millions of dollars invested, the $1.2 million grant the City received to create a visible gateway along Maiden Lane leading people from the pedestrian bridge into Downtown, and the $78 million Redburn Development will invest in 7 properties that span more than 450,000 square feet of vacant space.
