The Hollow Bar + Kitchen's Harley Bleitzhofer created the following recipe for Quarantine Cuisine:

Seafood Stew with Seven Grain Salad

STEW
1 Sweet Onion, Diced
2 Tbls Garlic, Minced
3 Green Bell Peppers, Diced
4-6 Smoked Sardines
2 Tbls Capers
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Chickpeas
1 Pound Cod Fillet
1/2 Cup Smoked Oysters
1 Tbls Pesto

SALAD
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Cucumber, Peeled and Diced
1 Cup Crumbled Feta
4 Tbls Pesto
2 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cups Seven Whole Grain
4 Cups Water

For Stew:
In a large pot or Dutch oven drizzle a large amount of Olive Oil. Add onion, garlic, peppers, sardines, and capers cook on Medium-High heat. Season with salt and pepper. Once the sardines start to dissolve and the veggies develop color, add Tomatoes. This will deglaze the pot and release anything stuck to the bottom. Add the rest of the ingredients and reduce heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
For Salad

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan, add in grains. Cook until soft transfer to the fridge to cool. Once cooled add peppers, cucumber, and feta, toss the salad. In a small bowl mix the pesto and vinegar. Add the dressing the the salad and mix again. Season with salt and pepper to finish.
