Work Begins on Times Union Center Atrium
Construction has begun on the Times Union Center atrium's multi-million dollar transformation.
With the beginning of work on the Downtown arena comes a traffic advisory: Southbound lanes on S Pearl Street between Beaver and Market Streets have gone from two lanes to one, a change which will remain in effect through fall of 2017. Businesses in that area will remain open during construction.
