The Downtown Albany BID presents the Downtown Living Open House on Thursday, May 8, with daytime and evening showings from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-8:00 PM. Get an exclusive look at Downtown's luxury apartments and amenities, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. All participating apartment buildings are pet-friendly!

Get a glimpse at what it's like to live in Albany's Central Social District and newest neighborhood, already home to 2,000+ residents, 20+ public art murals and installations, 100+ restaurants and retail stores, and bustling with 140+ monthly events at a variety of world class entertainment venues.

Registration & Check-in

We ask that all interested participants pre-register for free here or at the link above.

Check in on Thursday, May 8, at the Hampton Inn & Suites (25 Chapel Street) and receive important information about the tours and specialty coupons at local businesses in our District (limited availability and one-time use only).
