Blessed Body Fitness Studio hosts Sport and Fitness Pole on Saturday, May 27 at 4:00-5:30 PM.

 

Conditioning and drill heavy. This class focuses heavily on the strength and acrobatics of pole. You will be coached through a collection of moves and sequences and taught proper technique until it becomes second nature. No heels are worn for this class.
