Blessed Body Fitness hosts Yoga every Tuesday at 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
Improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in our Hatha Yoga class. Experience a peaceful environment with personalized attention as you practice physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Suitable for all levels, this rejuvenating session will leave you feeling balanced. Remember to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, towel (optional), blocks and straps (if you have them), and wear comfortable clothes (layers in case you get warm or cool during practice)
