Downtown Studio Fit Welcomed to Downtown
A fitness studio offering classes six days a week and on-site childcare is now open in downtown Albany. Downtown Studio Fit - located at 59 N Pearl Street, Studio #4, was officially welcomed to the District on September 20, and is the newest addition to the burgeoning wellness and beauty business community located on Steuben Alley, the pedestrian stretch of storefronts along the side of the Pearl Street Pub building.
State-of-the-art Semblance Medspa opens in Downtown
The storefront at the corner of Steuben Street, Suite #2 at 59 North Pearl, is now home to a state-of-the-art medical spa offering clinical skin-care services, aesthetic and wellness treatments — Semblance Medspa.
With renovations complete, The Bishop opens in Downtown
The Bishop, a new restaurant and full-service bar with a farm to table, bourbon and steak focus, was officially welcomed to downtown Albany, NY on September 19. Located at the corner of N Pearl Street and Sheridan Avenue, the celebration came as interior renovations were completed and owners Scott Pugsley, Raymond Hatlee and Evan Shults were joined by City of Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District, Capitalize Albany Corporation and other community partners.
